Vincent Keats

Vincent Keats is the founder of Ghostlight, building infrastructure for theatre and live events.

Ghostlight started in 2024 when Vincent—a working dispatcher at IATSE Local 118—built The Board to automate his own job. What began as a personal tool now manages 3,400+ workers across hundreds of shows. The Guild followed, bringing the same thinking to casting and production management.

Vincent studied theatre and event management at CCPA, then learned to code through Harvard's CS50 and the #100Devs bootcamp while dispatching full-time. He still acts and performs in the same theatres his software supports.
